On December 28, 2009 drummer James "The Rev" Sullivan was found dead at his home at the age of 28 years. Hasi autopsy are inconclusive. However, on 9 June 2010 it was announced that the cause of death was poisoning due to the use of mixed piskotropika - mixed, often also called polydrug use or "cross fading". In a statement from the other band members, their condolences over the death of The Rev. and asked to respect the privacy of his family:
