Avenged Sevenfold finally entered the kitchen recording to record a new album. As in the post about the new A7X album reviews they've written songs and live recording only. Well this time they entered the kitchen recording without The Rev.
Rumors circulated that The Rev will be replaced by Cobus Potgeiter found to be incorrect. In an official statement on their official website, Avenged Sevenfold into the studio to record with recruiting drummer Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater. We know Mike is one of the world's best drummer. He said the honor could do a recording with Avenged Sevenfold and particularly to fill the place of The Rev

As in the know all, The Rev Avenged Sevenfold's drummer had died in December 2009.
